Action Step: Review your inventory using Amazon’s Inventory Performance Index (IPI) and consider running discounts or promotions on slow-moving products.

Prepare for Seasonal Categories
Why: Products like Valentine’s Day gifts, winter gear, and tax preparation tools become high-demand in Q1.
Action Step: Source and list products tied to upcoming seasonal events. Ensure your inventory is in Amazon warehouses at least 3-4 weeks ahead of these events.

Why: Customers expect quick delivery, especially after the holiday season.
